Terms of Service

Last updated October 19, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Progressive SARL, a company registered in Lebanon ("we", "us"), about your use of Social Workflows, the software at socialworkflows.com and app.socialworkflows.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you use it for a company or agency, you accept them for that company and confirm you may do so.

1. The Service

Social Workflows helps social media agencies work for their clients. An agency keeps its clients' details, plans and writes their posts, sends them to the client for approval, and publishes them to the client's connected social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook) at the scheduled time. It also includes a media library, tasks and time tracking, client invoicing, account analytics and an AI assistant. Features differ by plan.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for your account, its password and everything done with it, including by the team members and clients you invite.
  • An agency account belongs to the agency. Its owners decide who has access and can remove people at any time.
  • Tell us at once at psst@socialworkflows.com if you think someone used your account without permission.

3. Connected social media accounts

To publish, the Service connects to your clients' social media accounts. The account holder signs in on the platform's own page and grants the permissions listed there; we never see their password.

  • You confirm that you, or the client who connects their account, are allowed to manage that account and to publish to it.
  • Everything published must follow the platform's own rules. For TikTok that means its Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, for paid or promotional content, its Branded Content Policy. The same goes for Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and every other platform.
  • A post is only published after someone in the agency, or the client, chooses to publish it and its settings (such as who can see it). We publish it as set and do not change its content.
  • Platforms may limit, delay or refuse posts, change their features or cut off access. We tell you when that happens, but we are not responsible for what a platform does.
  • An account can be disconnected at any time, in the Service or in the platform's own settings.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to what you and your clients put into the Service: posts, captions, photos, videos, files and data ("Your Content"). You give us the permission we need to store, process, show and publish it to provide the Service to you, and for nothing else. You confirm you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.

5. Plans, trials and payment

  • New agencies may get a free trial. When it ends, the account is locked until a plan is paid for.
  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in US dollars, in advance. Prices are shown on the billing page. A new price applies from your next renewal.
  • You can pay online through Whish, or by cash or bank transfer to us. Online payments are handled by Whish under its own terms; we never see or store your card or wallet details.
  • Before each renewal date the Service asks you to pay. If a renewal isn't paid, the account keeps working for a short grace period shown on your billing page, then it is locked until it is paid: nothing can be opened but billing. Everything you made is kept while it's locked, within the limits in section 9.
  • Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • publish spam, or content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, harassing or that infringes someone's rights;
  • get around a platform's limits or rules, or post for accounts you aren't allowed to manage;
  • try to break into, overload, copy or take apart the Service, or reach other customers' data;
  • resell the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and close it if the problem isn't fixed.

7. The AI assistant

The assistant writes drafts, suggestions and summaries with an AI model. Its answers can be wrong: check them before you use or publish them. Nothing the assistant does is published without a person choosing to publish it.

8. Other services we rely on

The Service works with services run by others: the social media platforms, Outstand (which connects and publishes to them), Whish (payments), and the hosting, storage, email and AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

9. Ending your account

  • You can stop using the Service at any time. To close your account and delete its data, email us.
  • If a plan ends and isn't renewed, the account's files (library, post photos and videos, task files) are kept for a period after it is locked, then deleted. Owners are emailed before that happens. Records such as posts, clients and invoices are kept so the account can come back.
  • We may close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Warranties and liability

We work to keep the Service running and your data safe, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or that a platform will accept every post. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits, clients or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell account owners by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute goes to the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
